Our Recruiting Process
To ensure quality of submissions, each HTS applicant must submit at least one personal and two professional references, and at least one stellar supervisory reference must also be completed. HTS also requests input from former employers regarding rehiring ability, details of job functions, performance, and soft skills. Additionally, HTS conducts in-depth background checks through Casebreakers. Reference checks and background checks are also collected and saved in the candidate's permanent file.
Once we know your staffing requirements, a search is conducted among local consultants for those with the appropriate skills and availability. We then review local candidates and referrals with appropriate qualifications. If necessary, our search is also broadened to use our national database, print media, the Internet, and other sources.
Once identified, each applicant is subjected to a variety of examinations to measure technical proficiency, comprehension, and skill levels of a variety of technologies in over 100 categories. Using a variety of testing tools (including TeckChek, ProveIT, and Brainbench, and various in-house written examinations), we personally screen each and every candidate before submittal.
