Bernard Sullivan
Mr. Sullivan is responsible for managing the HTS recruiting strategy including the company’s efforts in external and internal marketing, recruiting support, resource development and product management. Mr. Sullivan has also managed HTS’ efforts in developing strategic alliances and partnerships. Prior to joining HTS, Bernard served as a management consultant in the retail and utility industries and as a manager of information systems.
William Conroy
A hands-on partner with Hi-Tech Solutions, Mr. Conroy's knowledge of the industry and wealth of contracts provide the backbone from which he leads and mentors Hi-Tech's seasoned marketing team. Mr. Conroy has over 20 years of IT recruiting experience and over 15 years of executive marketing management expertise. Upon completion of a B.S. Degree in Business Communication from Indiana University, he started his career with a renowned IT search firm, Thomas Hirtz & Associates. Within 3 years, Bill was promoted to Marketing Manager and remained in that position until becoming one of the founding partners of Hi-Tech Solutions, Inc. in 1991.
Robert Iwatsuki
Mr. Iwatsuki is responsible for managing the HTS internal operations, technical services and
associated system development and educational services. Robert brings his extensive
management experience and 17 years in the information technology field to the position. Robert  worked as a technical consultant in the retail and financial services industries.
Brian Budzynski
Mr. Budzynski is responsible for Corporate Finance, Contract Management and Accounting. He also manages all of the HTS human resource functions. Mr. Budzynski has served as treasurer for HTS since 1991. Prior to joining HTS, Mr. Budzynski had 15+ years of experience managing financial based application systems.
