Along with an Account Manager, each Client is assigned a
dedicated Corporate Relations
Manager (CRM). The CRM is responsible for ensuring that the
client expectations are being met or exceeded by HTS and
client level standards. Our CRM's are friendly and are
always available to help in any way possible.
Our CRM's are experienced and have over 10 years of
significant consultant liaison and consultant relations
management experience.
Working with the Account Managers, the CRM assists in the
following duties: Consultant/ client orientation, general
communications, problem resolution, annual reviews, and
other responsibilities relating to the consulting
assignment. They always strive for complete Client and
Consultant satisfaction
CRM's will always assure that all consultants comply with
the client's organizational policies and administrative
procedures, and maintain the highest standards of
professional conduct while servicing any account.
