Kate Roche - Director of Operations |
|
As
Director of Operations, Kate is
responsible for supporting and driving the growth of
revenue, profit and market share by improving the daily
operations of HTS at a strategic and operational level. Kate
brings over 20 years of recruitment management and business
development experience to Hi-Tech Solutions. For seven years
at Accenture, she managed teams of recruiters for
Accenture's outsourcing practice, hiring over 3,000 IT
professionals across the US and Canada. Prior to that, as a
Senior Account Manager for 3 entrepreneurial technical
staffing companies she sold millions of dollars in technical
solutions and staff augmentation services to Chicago's
premier companies. |

Paige Hopkins - Senior Account
Manager |
|
Ms.
Hopkins is responsible for managing the client relationship
of several HTS key accounts such as Exelon, Chicago
Mercantile Exchange and LaidLaw Trust. Paige began her career as a
technical consultant and then Personnel Manager while at
Andersen Consulting/Accenture. Additionally, she
performed the role of Business Systems Consultant while at
Hewitt and Associates. A successful sales representative,
Paige has been responsible for the placement of over 450
consultants at various clients throughout her account
management career. Paige brings her technical understanding
and nine years of supplemental staffing sales/account
management to Hi-Tech Solutions. Paige graduated with a B.A. in Economics
from Vanderbilt University and attended the London School of
Economics. |

Jason John Gough – Senior Account Manager |

Mr. Gough has a proven track
record of bringing vision and powerful impact to
corporations, directly impacting their business growth from
a creative and technical perspective. With nearly 10 years
in the consulting business, Jason has established an
excellent reputation as one of the most well respected hands
on account managers in the Chicago land area. Some of his
current clients are US Gypsum, Takeda, Hospira, US
Freightways and Uline. His expertise
includes award winning creative free-lance web design,
business marketing and high-tech market account
representation. Jason, who developed our HTS website, has
been recognized both nationally and locally with numerous
honors including CLIOS and Best Design 2002 (Independent
Record Label Association) awards. Jason received a 4 year
"Illinois State Representative Academic Scholarship" and
graduated with a B.A. in Marketing and Sociology from
Northern Illinois University. |

Joe Swartzle
- Senior Account Manager |

Mr.
Swartzle possesses 14 years of experience in the IT/IS
Consulting Services industry. He has excelled in roles
including recruitment, management, business development,
sales and marketing. Joe has a consistent track record
of attaining top sales rankings and organizational awards at
leading global corporations - for superior quality service,
client expansion, and extensive new business development.
United Airlines, Wrigley and Hartmarx are just a few of the
clients he is currently servicing. His breadth of experience in various roles of Information
System Consulting for both project consulting and staff
augmentation allows Joe to fully understand clients’
business and technical needs ultimately providing an optimal

Ambrose - Senior Account Manager |

Mr. Ambrose has over six years
in the Technology Consulting industry and over 15 years of
services selling experience. He prides himself in being an
“out of the box” problem solver and takes the time to
understand his client’s needs. Northern Trust and Lincoln
Financial are just a couple of clients that are lucky to
have him looking out for the top talent in the consulting
industry. He has won several awards for
his consultative selling approach from both his clients and
his employers. His motto is to treat all clients as a
partner with honesty and integrity and always putting the
best interest of his clients at the forefront of the
business day. Jim has a B.A. from Illinois State University
and a Masters in Education from the University of Phoenix. |

Ms.
Roudenko has demonstrated her ability to generate results
with a steady stream of placements that fully meet our
clients' needs. These clients include C N A, Northwestern
Memorial and Harris Trust to name a few. Anya’s natural
enthusiasm is backed by innate professionalism and a strong
commitment to meet every challenge while still being the
consummate team-player. With an MBA from Northeastern
Illinois University, Anya has been able to make an immediate
impact in the business world that suggests an experience
level well beyond her three years. |

Tim Martin - Senior Technical Recruiter |
Mr.
Martin is responsible for recruiting and staffing operations
benefiting from over 12 years of professional IT recruiting
experience. He has extensive experience, from 1996 to
present, gained through recruiting and staffing IT
consultants in all levels including leadership, functional
and technical roles. Prior to joining Hi-Tech Solutions, Tim
directed the team of recruiters responsible for all new
hires and contract resources in support of Hitachi
Consulting National (ATS) Advanced Technology Solutions
practice group.
Prior to Hitachi, Tim led team efforts to build and grow a
successful IT consulting company by recruiting exempt and
non-exempt employees for clients who are fortune 100 / 500
companies mostly in the Chicagoland area. After
graduating from Elmhurst College with a Bachelor of Science
in Human Resource Management, Tim conducted business and
competitive intelligence research and strategic planning at
a worldwide consulting and research firm. |

Kirt Davis - Senior Technical Recruiter |

Mr.
Davis has 7 years of technical and business recruiting
experience. Kirt began his career as an Internet Research
Associate for an ERP solution provider. He is trained and
certified in Advanced Internet Recruitment Strategies
(AIRS). Kirt has the proven ability to referral recruit, but
where he shines for the HTS team is as the Internet search
guru. |

Dan Prodanetti - Senior Technical Recruiter |

Mr.
Prodanetti comes to HTS with over 11 years of extensive
recruiting, staff augmentation and strategic business
development expertise. His technology background consists of
over 12 years in technical support and data center
operations with Blue Cross/Blue Shield and Wiltel
Communications. Dan, although extremely technical, has
achieved over 16 years of experience in the
Financial/Insurance Industry which includes his Series 7
(Securities) and Life Insurance licenses. We nicknamed him
"Cramer" because of his up to the minute Stock advice we
frequently receive....at no charge of course! Dan
attended Roosevelt University and received a scholarship
from Chicago State University. |

Mr. DuCharme has three years of IT recruiting experience. He
comes to us from a competitive consulting company and is a
graduate of Illinois State University. Pete prides himself
in finding alternative ways to use the internet to identify
quality candidates and receive referrals. |

Pete Florino-Senior Technical Recruiter |
|
Mr. Florino comes to HTS with over 20 years of account management
experience. Pete had held long-term senior technical
recruiting positions for only a few IT recruiting firms in
the area and has a great deal of expertise in the
Chicago land area IT market. Pete believes that there is no
substitute for establishing quality relationships with
candidates, and he has built a network of professional
consultants based almost entirely from referrals and
personal experience. Passionate about his career, Pete
enjoys the fast pace and the challenge of finding the right
candidate for a client. Although he has handled probably
every conceivable IT job requirement from A-Z over the
years, Pete has developed a specialty for finding ERP people
and development Professionals in "every flavor." |

Anton has five successful years of account management
experience. She has a diversified background in recruiting,
sales and the insurance field and is a graduate from
University of Illinois at Chicago. Heather uses her
