Hi-Tech Solutions, Inc. has been in business for over 16 years and was incorporated in December 1991 by HTS Partners Brian Budzynski, William Conroy, Robert Iwatsuki, and Bernard Sullivan. Brian, Robert, and Bernard had worked together as consultants and employees within the Chicago IT market. Their development and project leader expertise was focused primarily on mainframe environments. William was employed as the top sales and recruiting manager of a leading IT professional placement firm within the Chicago market.

The Chicago market was just beginning the transition from mainframe-based systems to client-server technology. HTS was initially formed to assist companies that were making that transition. While other staffing firms were retooling their mainframe centric practices to enter this new market, HTS adopted a staff augmentation consulting model that allowed them to find qualified personnel who were experts in the field of client-server based technologies. HTS was able to rise above the competition by emphasizing quality of candidates, timeliness of response, and attractive pricing.

In 1999, HTS expanded their service line in response to clients’ desires to explore alternatives for controlling costs, quality, and timeliness of project implementation. HTS decided to leverage over a decade of successful client relationships with a new service offering: project-based staffing.

Today, HTS continues to leverage our 16 years of Fortune 1000 experience and reputation, while providing the quality service our clients deserve. We continue to solicit feedback from our hiring companies, subcontracting clients, and contractors to continue to improve and evolve our services. From a development structure perspective, we choose to remain flexible, which allows us to customize our services to each individual client. This allows HTS to change and adapt to changes in the financial market quickly and more cost-effectively.
